American Imperialism And It’s Endurance Today!

Beginning in 1898, the USA decided to become a world power by taking care of the Spanish presence in the Caribbean and the Pacific areas thus establishing a strong foothold on the shipping and mercantile zones of the world.

By colonizing Cuba Puerto Rico the Phillipines Guam and eventually the Panama canal zone the USA was able to get the title of the most powerful nation in the world. However today that power is in question as the bear is testing the eagle and its ability to get the economy back on track. Old Man Joe is a revelation for inefficiency and lack of leadership in both the national and foreign affairs front however his vice president is no genius either okay πŸ‘

As of today the USA still has Puerto Rico as an associated state whatever that means. For years the people of the island have asked for statehood as a remedy to a long term problem for both sides of the equation sorry I am a Malcolmite so I believe in independence okay πŸ‘

To conclude the USA is in a tough bind and unfortunately the two parties in power are basically the same tribe of people who don’t care about the rest of USA πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸšͺ⚑🀬🀐🀬
