World History State Exam! A Memory.

At the end of the 90 minutes Exam

Tenth Grade NYS World History.

She was thrilled she knew her stuff!

Instructions Choose a famous figure

From world history and write an essay

Make sure to include events and a short biography of the person in well written

3 to 5 paragraphs detailing why the person is famous.

She wrote five pages on her subject and she “earned” a 5 on the scale used for grading the test. Undoubtedly she knew her famous figure

However there was a problem Houston!

A huge One, she had written about Martin Luther King Jr in a world history class where USA is not a part of the curriculum so the moral of the story is pay attention to the instructions And learn the difference between The German Monk Martin Luther and the late Dr King! At the time I voted for a zero grade due to her lack of understanding! Education after all is about following basic rules such as reading and writing. Caveat emptor and carpe diem everyone! Enjoy your school Year 😘❤️
